Sprouts is a great store for natural foods and supplements. It's very clean and has a wide variety of stock. That being said, it can be overwhelming having to pick the best products for your goals. Good informed customer service is a necessity. Anthony, at the Augusta location, has been a great help for our family for helping us choose the right products for our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I appreciate this Sprouts supplement department so much! I mainly want to express how much help and positive direction and information ive gotten from Anthony in this dept. I am always left feeling less confused about a decision on a purchase i have to make and more knowledgeable about my health. Im so thankful for his help and listening ear. There are other places I can go for my supplements, but not this type of customer service!!! So thankful for his expertise and ongoing help. This guy is such a pro and my family loves seeing him every time we go. Keep up the good work!"

I’ve been shopping at Sprouts for a while now, and I figured it was finally time to leave a review and give some credit where it’s due. Anthony in the vitamins department has been a huge help every time I come in. As a personal trainer who really dives into nutrition, it’s cool to have someone I can still go to for extra insight and perspective. He’s extremely knowledgeable, always willing to help, and I specifically refer my clientele to him whenever they’re shopping here. He’s also constantly putting me onto new things, sharing samples, and somehow finding more products for me to try that can help enhance my health and gym performance 😂. Big credit to the rest of the staff as well. Everyone I’ve interacted with has always been helpful, welcoming, and willing to point me in the right direction no matter the department. I have loved shopping at Sprouts Farmers Market ever since I first discovered the store while living in Aurora, Colorado. Since then, Sprouts has remained one of my favorite grocery stores because of its focus on healthy living, fresh produce, unique products, and convenient pre-made healthy meals. This Augusta location has been no exception. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and full of great options, but what truly sets this location apart is the staff. Every employee I have encountered has been friendly, helpful, respectful, and genuinely customer-focused. I especially want to recognize TJ. The first time I met him, he had already finished his shift and was shopping for groceries for himself. I mistakenly thought he was still working and started asking him several questions about where to find certain items. Instead of simply pointing me in the right direction, he took the time to walk around the store with me until we found exactly what I was looking for. As we talked, I noticed the items in his basket and started asking him about some of the healthy meals and products he personally buys. That was when I realized he was actually off the clock! Great grocer. Not busy. No impulse buyers here. Good layout. Easy to find products. Ongoing sales. Seasonal discounts. Fresh produce. Short check out line. House brand products are amazing. Highly recommend.
